CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly. We’re too fast and furious! Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER I JUST PLACED?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us, so we can make sure it is shipped out with your previous order or waive shipping on this new additional order. You may email us at info@AboutParisLondon.com. Please reference your previous order number.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you get a confirmation email with your trackingnumber! You can track through the link in your confirmation email or go to PostNL.nl / DHL.com.
CAN I SHOP AT AN APL STORE IN PERSON AND TRY STUFF ON?
We're an online fashion store. That means we're open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. So, unfortunately you can't try stuff on.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
